Superbe groupe de vanadinite de l’Apache Mine, remarquable par ses cristaux prismatiques hexagonaux orange à rouge-orangé, très brillants et particulièrement bien individualisés.
La pièce présente plusieurs individus de belle taille, dont certains montrent une transparence remarquable, avec des zones d’un orange intense traversées par la lumière. Les faces prismatiques sont larges, nettes et fortement lustrées, tandis que les terminaisons hexagonales sont bien définies. Les fines striations longitudinales visibles sur les faces ajoutent beaucoup de relief aux cristaux.
L’un des points forts de cette pièce réside dans la combinaison entre la couleur orange saturée, la transparence et l’excellent développement des faces. Les cristaux reposent sur une matrice sombre, créant un contraste particulièrement esthétique.
 
Superb group of vanadinite from the Apache Mine, remarkable for its bright orange to orange-red hexagonal prismatic crystals, with excellent lustre and particularly well-developed crystal faces.
Several sizeable individuals are present, some displaying remarkable transparency, with intensely orange zones through which light passes beautifully. The broad prismatic faces are sharp and highly lustrous, while the hexagonal terminations are clearly defined. Fine longitudinal growth striations are visible on several faces, adding considerable texture and complexity to the crystals.
One of the main strengths of this specimen is the combination of strongly saturated orange colour, transparency and excellent crystal development. The crystals stand out dramatically against the dark matrix, producing a particularly attractive contrast.
