Superbe micro-association provenant des célèbres gisements du Laurion montrant un cristal gemme de néalite orange translucide reposant sur des cristallisations blanches de paralaurionite. Une combinaison rare et particulièrement esthétique typique des minéraux secondaires plombifères grecs.
La néalite se présente ici sous la forme d’un cristal allongé à la magnifique teinte orange miel à rouge orangé, avec une excellente translucidité et un éclat vitreux intense. Les faces du cristal montrent de délicates irrégularités de croissance et des reflets internes très lumineux sous fort grossissement.
Le cristal principal repose sur un ensemble de paralaurionites translucides blanches à incolores formant des agrégats prismatiques finement cristallisés. Leur éclat plus doux contraste harmonieusement avec les tons chauds et saturés de la néalite.
 
Superb micro-association from the famous Laurion district featuring a gemmy translucent orange nealite crystal resting on white crystallizations of paralaurionite. A rare and highly aesthetic combination typical of Greek secondary lead minerals.
The nealite occurs here as an elongated crystal displaying a magnificent honey-orange to reddish-orange color, with excellent translucency and a strong vitreous luster. The crystal faces show delicate growth features and bright internal reflections under magnification.
The main crystal rests on translucent white to colorless paralaurionite forming finely crystallized prismatic aggregates. Their softer luster contrasts beautifully with the warm saturated tones of the nealite.
