Délicates cristallisations de montgomeryite développées dans une cavité tapissée de minéraux phosphatés sombres. Les cristaux se présentent sous forme de fines lames translucides à incolores, regroupées en élégantes rosettes et agrégats radiés.
Le groupe principal, situé au centre de l'image, montre une superposition de cristaux tabulaires parfaitement transparents dont les faces réfléchissent intensément la lumière. Autour de cette cristallisation centrale se développent plusieurs petites gerbes blanchâtres, constituées d'aiguilles et de lamelles rayonnantes caractéristiques de l'espèce.
 
Delicate montgomeryite crystals growing within a cavity lined with dark phosphate minerals. The crystals occur as thin, colorless to transparent plates arranged in elegant rosettes and radiating aggregates.
The main central cluster consists of overlapping tabular crystals with excellent transparency and strong vitreous reflections. Several smaller whitish sprays composed of radiating blades and needles surround the main group, displaying the characteristic habit of montgomeryite.
