Cristaux allongés de mimétite présentant une morphologie prismatique élégante, développés en faisceau sur une matrice sombre.
Les cristaux, translucides à transparents, montrent une teinte très pâle, légèrement jaunâtre à incolore, avec un éclat vitreux à résineux. Leur habitus est typiquement hexagonal, avec des terminaisons nettes et des stries longitudinales bien visibles le long des prismes, traduisant une croissance cristalline régulière.
L’ensemble forme une structure en éventail ou en gerbe, où plusieurs cristaux s’entrecroisent avec une certaine délicatesse.

The crystals are translucent to transparent, with a very pale coloration ranging from faint yellow to nearly colorless, and exhibit a vitreous to resinous luster. Their habit is typically hexagonal, with sharp terminations and well-defined longitudinal striations indicating steady crystal growth.
They form a fan-like or sheaf-like structure, with intergrown crystals arranged in a delicate and aesthetically pleasing manner.
