La pièce est caractérisée par de longs cristaux aciculaires de millérite, disposés de manière aérienne au-dessus de la matrice. Ces aiguilles métalliques présentent une magnifique teinte jaune laiton à reflets argentés selon l'orientation de la lumière. Leur développement exceptionnel et leur disposition entrecroisée créent une architecture cristalline particulièrement graphique et élégante.
 
Elegant association of millerite and aragonite from the renowned Cava di Rocca Predellara, Tuscany, Italy, a locality famous for its outstanding microcrystalline sulfide and carbonate specimens.
The specimen is characterized by elongated acicular millerite crystals gracefully suspended above the matrix. These metallic needles display beautiful brass-yellow to silvery reflections depending on the angle of illumination. Their excellent development and intersecting arrangement create a highly graphic and elegant crystal architecture.
