Très belle microassociation de langite provenant d’Alzen, Ariège, France, présentant une cristallisation particulièrement dense et riche en détails morphologiques.
La langite se développe ici en agrégats aciculaires à lamellaires, constitués de très nombreux cristaux bleu turquoise à bleu-vert, translucides à localement transparents. Les individus montrent des formes tabulaires à allongées, souvent regroupées en faisceaux divergents et en agrégats subparallèles. La multiplication des cristaux et leurs orientations variables produisent une surface fortement texturée, particulièrement intéressante sous fort grossissement.
 
Very fine langite microassociation from Alzen, Ariège, France, displaying particularly dense and morphologically complex crystallization.
The langite occurs as acicular to bladed aggregates, composed of numerous turquoise-blue to blue-green crystals, translucent to locally transparent. Individual crystals display tabular to elongated habits, commonly arranged into divergent sprays and subparallel aggregates. The multitude of crystals and their variable orientations produce a strongly textured surface, revealing considerable morphological detail under high magnification.
