Très belle association de Calcioferrite, Hydroxylapatite et Fluorapatite provenant de la mine Elvira, Espagne, offrant un contraste de textures particulièrement esthétique.
La matrice est recouverte d'un riche tapis de calcioferrite vert olive à brun doré, constitué d'innombrables microcristaux scintillants qui forment un fond chatoyant et homogène. Cette cristallisation dense met parfaitement en valeur les espèces qui la surmontent.
Reposant sur ce tapis se développent de superbes pompons sphériques d'hydroxylapatite et de fluorapatite, d'un blanc pur et soyeux. Ces agrégats radiés sont composés d'une multitude de fins cristaux aciculaires qui convergent vers un centre commun, donnant naissance à de véritables sphères cotonneuses d'une grande finesse. Plusieurs pompons principaux, accompagnés de délicates étoiles aciculaires plus petites, créent une composition équilibrée et particulièrement élégante.
 
Beautiful association of Calcioferrite, Hydroxylapatite, and Fluorapatite from Elvira Mine, Spain, displaying a remarkable contrast of textures and colors.
The specimen is covered by a rich olive-green to golden-brown carpet of calcioferrite, composed of countless sparkling microcrystals that create a dense and shimmering background. This finely crystallized surface provides an elegant setting for the minerals growing above it.
Resting on this matrix are superb white radiating pompons of hydroxylapatite and fluorapatite, composed of innumerable silky acicular crystals converging from a common center. These perfectly developed spherical aggregates resemble tiny snowballs or frost flowers, accompanied by smaller star-shaped sprays that add balance and visual refinement to the composition.
