Cet élégant microspécimen présente plusieurs cristaux prismatiques d’elbaïte émergeant d’une matrice claire composée de cristaux associés.
Le cristal principal, allongé et bien individualisé, montre une terminaison nette et une section trigonal typique des tourmalines. Sa teinte vert olive à vert jaunâtre, légèrement translucide, est soulignée par de fines stries longitudinales visibles sur les faces prismatiques.
À proximité, un cristal plus sombre et plus développé s’élève verticalement, révélant une coloration plus intense vers la base, caractéristique fréquente des tourmalines présentant une zonation chromatique.
 
This elegant micro-specimen features several prismatic elbaite crystals emerging from a pale crystalline matrix.
The main crystal is elongated and well defined, displaying a sharp termination and the typical trigonal cross-section of tourmaline. Its olive-green to yellowish-green coloration, slightly translucent, is highlighted by fine longitudinal striations along the prism faces.
Nearby, a darker and taller crystal rises vertically, showing a stronger color intensity near its base, a common feature of tourmalines exhibiting color zoning.
