Spécimen exceptionnel d’ambre birman du Crétacé moyen provenant de la vallée de Hukawng (Kachin, Myanmar), daté d’environ 99 millions d’années, présentant une belle teinte jaune miel à orangée et une transparence satisfaisante. Cette pièce renferme un assemblage multi-inclusions particulièrement intéressant, dominé par un petit coléoptère (scarabée / beetle) partiellement conservé, visible en trois dimensions avec corps allongé, élytres bien marqués et appendices encore discernables. Sont également présents un gros hyménoptère de type guêpe parasitoïde, identifiable par son corps gracile, ses longues antennes et ses pattes fines, ainsi que plusieurs acariens ectoparasites de type tique ou mite, nettement visibles à proximité du coléoptère. Divers débris organiques et fragments végétaux complètent cet ensemble, apportant un réel intérêt paléoécologique en illustrant la coexistence de plusieurs arthropodes dans la résine fossile. Une pièce rare et attractive, idéale pour collectionneur spécialisé ou étude des inclusions complexes en ambre birman.
 
An exceptional specimen of Mid-Cretaceous Burmese amber from the Hukawng Valley (Kachin State, Myanmar), dating to approximately 99 million years ago, displaying an attractive honey-yellow to orange coloration with good transparency. This piece contains a particularly interesting multi-inclusion assemblage, dominated by a small partially preserved beetle (Coleoptera), visible in three dimensions with elongated body, distinct elytra, and recognizable appendages. Also present is a big hymenopteran, likely a parasitoid wasp, identifiable by its slender body, long antennae, and delicate legs, together with several parasitic arachnids of tick or mite type, clearly visible near the beetle inclusion. Additional organic debris and plant fragments are dispersed throughout the matrix, adding strong paleoecological value by illustrating the coexistence of multiple arthropods within fossil resin. A rare and visually compelling specimen, highly desirable for specialized collectors or the study of complex Burmese amber inclusions.
