Micromount remarquable présentant des agrégats radiés de cristaux aciculaires de connellite, d’un bleu azur intense à turquoise, tapissant les cavités de la matrice. Les gerbes finement développées forment des sphérules et des tapis scintillants au fort éclat soyeux à vitreux, créant un contraste spectaculaire avec la gangue brun-rouge ferrugineuse.
Spécimen issu de la localité de Boilong Well, connue pour ses minéralisations secondaires de cuivre particulièrement esthétiques. Pièce de choix pour collectionneur de microminéraux et amateurs d’espèces rares aux couleurs vives.
 
Outstanding micromount featuring radiating aggregates of vivid azure to turquoise-blue acicular connellite crystals lining cavities in the matrix. The finely developed sprays form sparkling spherical clusters and coatings with a silky to vitreous luster, standing out against the reddish-brown iron-rich host rock.
A fine specimen from the Boilong Well locality, known for its attractive secondary copper mineralization. An excellent addition for micromount collectors and enthusiasts of rare, brightly colored copper species.
