Très bel échantillon d’argent natif (Ag) provenant de la célèbre mine Clara, à Oberwolfach, dans le Bade-Wurtemberg, Allemagne.
L’argent se présente ici en agrégat arborescent à dendritique, de couleur blanc argenté et à éclat métallique, formant un contraste particulièrement esthétique avec la matrice verdâtre de chrysocolle. La mine Clara est bien documentée pour ses occurrences d’argent natif, notamment sous forme de fils, cristaux et agrégats argentés associés à la chrysocolle.
 
Beautiful specimen of native silver (Ag) from the famous Clara Mine, Oberwolfach, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
The silver forms a dendritic to arborescent aggregate, with a bright metallic silver-white appearance, standing out strongly against the greenish chrysocolla matrix. Native silver is well documented from the Clara Mine, including wire-like, crystalline and dendritic forms associated with chrysocolla.
