Superbe micromount présentant un cristal bien individualisé d’aeschynite-(Y) brun rouge à brun foncé, posé sur une matrice de quartz hyalin provenant du glacier du Miage (Val d’Aoste, Italie).
Le cristal d’aeschynite se développe en prisme court à section nettement définie, avec des terminaisons nettes et un éclat résineux à submétallique. Sa couleur chaude, brun acajou à reflets rougeâtres, contraste fortement avec la gangue de quartz incolore à translucide, aux faces brillantes et bien formées.

The aeschynite crystal forms a short prismatic habit with sharp edges and well-developed terminations, displaying a resinous to submetallic lustre. Its warm mahogany-brown tones contrast strikingly with the colorless to translucent quartz crystals, whose bright faces provide an elegant frame.
